Baby waterproof pads, also known as baby changing pads, are nursing products used to place under a baby during diaper changes to prevent soiling of sheets or work surfaces with urine or feces. The main function of a waterproof pad is to isolate urine; its structure includes at least an absorbent layer and a waterproof layer to achieve an absorbent effect on one side and a waterproof effect on the other.
Based on material and frequency of use, waterproof pads are mainly divided into two categories: disposable waterproof pads and washable waterproof pads. According to product use, washable waterproof pads can be divided into those for infants and those for adults. Among washable waterproof pads, those made of knitted fabric are soft, comfortable, breathable, wrinkle-free, and reusable. Based on material, waterproof pads are mainly made of cotton and linen, pure cotton, and bamboo charcoal fiber. Products are available in different sizes, commonly such as 35*50CM, 50*70cm, 70*120cm, and 100*150cm.
